$300 extra money a month
$300 was life altering for me.
My dad was diagnosed with cancer for the 2nd time in 2/14. I took off 2 weeks from my RN job at a hospital to care for him. No paycheck.
But, I received a $300+ commission check from Young Living for casually sharing my experiences with coworkers and friends.
*LIGHTBULB* working as a nurse had allowed me no monetary provision. Even though I was highly valued among my managers and peers.
My paycheck from the hospital where I was the lead prenatal educator and lead lactation consultant = $000 (despite my having worked there 7 years and served their clients)
I officially launched my business the same month my dad was diagnosed. #heresyoursign
9 months later my YL income replaced my RN income.
I'm happy to say, I do not foresee ever needing to return to a profession where MY SKILL AND COMPETENCY MAKE OTHERS MONEY. NO. NO. NO.
