DIY after workout cream with essential oils

My daughter Abby shows us how to make DIY workout cream with essential oils. I personally prefer to use Ortho Ease or Ortho Sport massage oil.

Hi guys, it is Abby. Happy Sunday. I hope you guys are having a wonderful Sunday. Today I am showing you how to make an after workout cream. First of all, the supplies that you will need is a container. You can use any container that you would like. I got this one at my local dollar store but you can get any kind of container. Even if a container is lying around your house. I just found this one and thought it would be good. Then the same thing you will need is coconut oil and ... we have three essential oils. We have peppermint, panaway, and valor or valor two. Just whatever you have. Between those, valor, valor two, whatever, they're both great. You will need five drops of each oil and half a cup of coconut oil. That is pretty much it. Super easy. This is after your workout so if your sore or if you have a bruise or something or it's pretty awesome. Thank you guys so much for watching. Super quick, easy video.
