I always start the diffuser with something citrus to wake me up in the mornings. When I'm getting ready for the day I have started mixing coconut oil with a few drops of stress away for my body moisturizer. I also add a drop or two of peppermint to my coffee (yum) and I usually have water throughout the day with citrus oil. I run my diffuser throughout the day with whatever oil I feel the family needs. At night lavender is applied before bedtime. I also have just received p+ I'm getting ready to add into my daily routine along with cedarwood to add with lavender for bedtime!
