Lyme Disease and Essential Oils

This photo is hard to share.

It was me 4 months ago. It was hard to get out of bed. Every single day. I was diagnosed with lyme disease and hypothryroidism. And the treatments made me super sick and super sad. I felt bad before but worse with treatment. I've now found a good treatment but that is not what this post is about.

I saw this photo of myself about 7 weeks ago as I scrolled through my phone and I said "Enough already". By that time I had gained nearly 20 pounds in a few short months. I needed help.

So, I went back to what had worked for my moods back in 2014, essential oils. Within a day of using my oils consistently, I was out of bed, on the phone with a new practitioner. And here I am 7 weeks later, finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm not here to talk about treatment of lyme disease, so please don't ask me what I am doing for that, ask your doctor. I'm not using oils for that if you are wondering.

I'm here to say that essential oils have helped get me out of the bed and helped me believe I can beat this. Perhaps it's a placebo affect, whatever it is, I'm glad its working.

Release oil helps me to let go of negative thoughts and emotions.
Joy oil reminds me that "HIS JOY" is my strength.
Valor oil reminds me to be strong and courageous.
Stress Away oil well, it does what it says.

I don't know if oils are right for you but they might be worth looking into.
