Relaxing Essential Oil Bath Soak

I’m Jamie Deal and I am so happy and thankful to be a member of Oily Army!!! I love to share my experiences using Young Living Essential Oils with my friends. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for almost 11 years and currently work Full Time as a Lactation Consultant. I am married and this year my husband and I will celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary! We have 2 children whom we completely adore and keep us on our toes!!!!

Do you need to unwind after a long and busy day??? Try this Relaxing Bath Soak. This can help to calm the mind and body before going bed. I’ve even done this for my kids and they love it! Also, these make GREAT gifts!

Simply add 8-10 drops of Young Livings Lavender and/or Stress Away to 2 cups of Epsom Salt. I let it sit and absorb approximately 20-30 minutes before my bath. If you think this might be too strong for you just cut the recipe in half. You could make up a big batch and keep it by your bath. Makes a lovely decoration in a nice glass container.
